hello people of the internet. My name is andrew and im looking to purchase the following.

- a cheap freshwater stingray to start off my interest in them, the smaller the better.
- a fire eel and or any other kind of common spiny eel.
- and any kind of kool "l" pleco that people are collecting.

If anyone out there is selling cheapish ray/eel/plecos let me know on 0447372021. Having a freshwater ray would be a great eye catcher and im very keen to get one. My price on a ray would be at least $500+ unless there is one that people regularly trade for less then let me know.

Thankz

p.s. Any info on how to keep them if also greatly accepted

From what iv gatherd by reading the many online forums that keeping stingrays is not an easy task. so this is what il be hoping to do if i can get some.

use my current 6x18x18 tank (is that big enough??)
have 2 external filters
place the heater in a sump tank or have it in a plastic casing
use a fine gravel or sandy substrate

if im on the ball with that then let me know. If anyone can price me up the retic rays that would be great, from what i understand they are among the smallest. Also, how good is the quality of the transport that move fish across australia and how much is the freight??

thanks.

you would want a 6x2x2 at LEAST.
sump filter + an external will be best

retics are harder to keep than motoros, start with a motoro.

fine gravel is fine, but make sure it is not sharp.

spot on with the heater, keep it in the sump
